Patrick Will Baker
Born and raised in Suffolk I went on to study Graphic Design and Illustration, specialising in editorial design. I have recently returned to my artistic roots and enjoy exploring connections, be that the relationships we build and develop with our peers, or with nature and our environment.
Life in a rural community has influenced the focus of my practice - notably the natural environment around us and the connections between the people within it. My semi-abstract style with its bold, expressive mark-making prioritises feeling and mood over literal interpretation.
I have exhibited in a wide variety of shows across the country, most notably with The Pastel Society, Chelsea Art Society and the Royal Cambrian Academy of Art.
