Kayleigh Walls
Kayleigh is an artist living in Suffolk, whose artwork reflects her passion for nature, specialising in flowers and wild birds. Nature creates beautiful and fascinating details. Kayleigh's artwork reflects this detail which often goes unnoticed in our busy lives.
Kayleigh uses scratchboards as a medium to showcase this detail. To create her artwork the designs are etched by hand onto scratchboards, these are clay coated hardboard panels, coated in black india ink.
Kayleigh also specialises in wall decals with the same attention to detail. A trip to Costa Rica where she was able to observe tropical birds in their natural habitat gave further inspiration.
Her portfolio has expanded to include British garden birds and sea birds. Kayleigh completed an Art and Design degree, specialising in botanical wallpaper design. This botanical theme provided the foundation for her artwork
